At Aasthakart, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our products. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.


1-Day Replacement Policy

We offer a 1-day replacement policy, meaning you have 1 day after receiving your item to request a replacement.

Important Notes:

  • No returns will be accepted for size issues, quality concerns, or personal preferences. Product sizes and descriptions are clearly mentioned on our website.
  • Replacements will only be processed after inspection.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory to initiate a return or replacement.

Eligible Cases for 1-Day Replacement:

  • Wrong Item Received – Must be verified via an unboxing video.
  • Defective or Damaged Item Received – Must be verified via an unboxing video.

Non-Eligible Cases for 1-Day Replacement:

  • Items that have been damaged or washed by the customer.
  • Items not in their original packaging, including the original box and inserts.
  • Items not in their original condition (used, worn, or altered).

To qualify for a replacement, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, with all inserts and original packaging.


6-Month Free Replacement Policy

We offer a 6-month free replacement policy for all our products. Customers can request a one-time free replacement by sharing an unboxing video. A ₹100 shipping and handling fee must be prepaid (Cash on Delivery not available). Customers can return the original product at their own expense or keep it as they wish.

More Details:

  • Our team will assess the photos and unboxing video to determine eligibility. The decision of our team is final.
  • A flat return fee of ₹100 will be charged for accepted returns due to size issues.
  • Prepaid Orders: If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, refunds will be issued as an in-store wallet credit after deducting shipping fees.
  • We are not responsible for overpayments to courier personnel beyond the COD amount mentioned on the bill.
  • Requests made after the 1-day return period will not be accepted.

Approved returns will be credited to your Aasthakart in-store wallet as a discount code or gift card for future purchases. No refunds will be issued to UPI or bank accounts.


Refund Policy

We issue refunds only in exceptional cases, such as:

  • Severe delivery delays of multiple weeks.
  • Repeated instances of receiving incorrect or damaged products.

Refunds (when applicable) will be processed via UPI or Net Banking.


How to Request a Return/Replacement:

  1. Enter your order number and contact details on our Return/Exchange Portal.
  2. Choose the return/replacement option.
  3. Upload photos and unboxing video of the item and provide relevant details.
  4. If your order qualifies, we will initiate a return pickup request.
  5. Once we receive the returned item and complete the inspection, we will process the replacement or credit your in-store wallet.

Note: If our courier partner does not offer return services in your area, you must send the product back at your own expense. The replacement will be sent once we receive and inspect the item.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to address the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or replaced, including:

  • Nepali Rudraksha range
  • Premium range products (Eligible only for 6-month free replacement)
  • Sale items and gift cards (Non-refundable and non-exchangeable)

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return your existing product as per our policy and place a new order separately.
